i have just lugged two huge pieces of meat into my oversized american oven (i knew i'd get a chance to see what this baby can do)...and hope that the mutant chicken and the hunk of lamb will be edible by the time my 13 guests arrive.....eeek scary! Hope they bring nice side dishes... fingers crossed.

One of the greatest pleasures of my life at the moment is dancing... i was always too awkward, self concious and timid to dance with boys. Somehow i have found my rhythm. I had such a cool day yesterday. I went to the Yeugling brewery in Pottsville PA with my department. It the oldest brewery in the US and is completely family owned. I just had a pancake party..it was very successful, even if i do say so myself. Grace really wanted to help so after i made the batter, she flipped all the pancakes....my God she is good! her boyfriend is from Brittany so she is well trained. We made about 40... ish. I just got back from Philadelphia. I went with Grace (my lovely new Chinese friend)and about 14 other people from all parts of the world. We were celebrating Chinese New Year.... we had such a laugh.
