So, here you go. The next chapter. I don't know how I feel about it. Part of me wants to keep fiddling with it until I like it more, but I think I'd end up doing more harm than good. There's going to be one more chapter (!) and then the epilogue, and then, guys...it'll be the end. I honestly might cry.

I'm really glad Kurt's mom seems to be trying. Really sad for Jimmy Kent. And I loved that Kurt came in and put his arm around Junior.
I thought this was a really good chapter and I'm sad to know there isn't much left to this story. It's one of my favorites.

But most of all you excel at portraying a Jack and Ennis who are a real, up and down but always in love, couple.
This passage made my day:
“If it matters, I…I love you.” He whispered around a hot lump in his throat. He blinked away tears, ashamed and hating himself. He was so weak. Jack smoothed a hand over Ennis’s hair (a little awkwardly, given their position, but it was nice nonetheless) and cuddled closer.
“It matters.” He whispered back. “It means the world.”
I will miss this fic to death but I'll always be grateful for having the chance to experience it.
Thanks,
Tes

Even if Bobby was good to him I don't think the other kids in school would let Jimmy forget what his father did.
My best part. "If it matters, I love you" and "It matters."
Thank you so much I loved every moment of this story.
