*Claps* Just lovely! And while it's not a relationship I'd seen in the film before, it *works* especially with what we know about them.

Maybe there are a few more things he needs to tell Carol if he wants to set things straight.

Poor Buddy. He's just so closed off, even from himself, and this highlights how it's been a constant pattern to his life. Thank you so much for this; it's poignant and tugs at my heart, and leaves me hoping that one day, Buddy will come to terms with himself.

thanks for the comment and i'm glad you liked it. i've never been one for many words, i like to condense everything to little scenes and i didn't know if this would work but apparently it does.
