OMG!!! When I Lived In West Palm Beach There Was A Drag Queen That Did That Song And She Had A "Snaggle Tooth" And When She Did That Song We Sang, "SHE LOST A TOOTH" Instead Of Electric Youth...

LOL. That's funny.
Electric Youth is such a bad and corny song but I like it....sort of of like Culure Club's "The War Song" - A Guilty pleasure.

The Armory Club here in Atlanta would always remix Electric Youth with Depeche Modes' "Enjoy the Silence". It was a such a cool and interesting seque.

We saw her on our Atlantis Alaska cruise in August, 2005. She now goes by "Deborah" Gibson, and has repositioned herself as a Broadway star/singer. Her show was a variety of that plus a few of her old hits.

She did a great show. She brought her own choreographer, and they had the ship's dancers and band participating in the show. It was very professionally done - we were impressed and entertained.

That's cool.
She did a great radio interview here on Q100 on Friday and I like her even more.

The "Call me Deborah" insistence does bother me. Just stick with Debbie IMO.

She said her show is a mix of her old hits and show tunes.
That should be an interesting show.
