these past few days, i've had the privilege of attending the national ADA conference in chicago.   there were over 10,000 dietitians, diet techs, and students.  last year's emphasis was on fiber.  this year, sessions focused on organic foods!!  i made it a point not to go to any session that didn't talk highly of organic because i really didn't ( Read more... )
