contracting the "BUG"
So, I think I may have had H1N1.... or at least some type of nasty flu bug. The list of ailments include: fever for almost 72 hours, chills and sweats, dizziness, diarrhea, sore throat, bronchial congestion, and weakness. I'm still feeling drained and weak as a kitten sometimes, coughing and sore throat, but the fever has been gone for 3 days now ( Read more... ) -

Reflections
Anxiety is one of the symptoms that I'm always wondering where the root of it comes from. I've had counseling and taken SSRI's in the past for "generalized anxiety disorder" because I truly believe these methods are helpful... not so much because I believe I have a disorder. ripping off the band aid
I'm beginning to wonder if I have that whitecoat syndrome... not in a physiological sense (My BP or heart rate doesn't go crazy), but a psychological one. All my anxiety and pronounced distress about my journey to pregnancy and by the end of the day when I had 2 doctor visits, I feel not only calm but serene and hopeful.
