The original post is useless but there are some good chemistry discussions in the comments below. I believe the real problem is bleach and Windex, since Windex has ammonia in it. I'm not aware that the alcohol or Pine Sol (which has alcohol in it, and some other things) are contributing to the problem.

My guess would be that the line between what you're experiencing now and death is simply a matter of concentration levels. People I would contact to try to make this stop:

Poison control
The police
A lawyer - your landlord is being negligent IMO, as are your neighbors. This is as serious as your neighbors lighting their curtains on fire at night. They're endangering your life, he knows it, and... ? "Manslaughter" and "Reckless Endangerment" come to mind. It's amazing what just a letter from an attorney can accomplish. You may wish to look into Pre-Paid Legal as a pretty cheap way to get that done.

You could also write one two yourself. "On this date, blah blah, I am notifying you in writing that blah blah endangering myself ( ... )

Thanks. Definitely going to see what else we can do about this. I don't have a lot of options, though... disability doesn't leave folk flush enough for hotels, nor lawyers. And we have dogs.... can't just pick up and leave.

So... gonna have to try harder with the neighbors. The air purifier is awesome. This has been going on since they moved in... figure she has COPD, that's the way I'm gonna go.

Funny thing in the post discussion you linked.... they talked about a smoker's lungs being protected from the chemicals by all the tar. *wry grins* There's some irony there, yeah? She's a chain smoking COPD patient, pretty sure the chemical warfare isn't doing her any good either.

The chemistry you posted gives me the angle of approach. Funny how oxygen deprivation keeps the brain from functioning as it should. *sigh*
