I'm tired of being alone.

I'm sorry dude. I'll be here to keep you company!

How about a comic to cheer you up? I brought your favorite: http://www.qwantz.com/20050126.html

On a serious note, I hope things are ok. If you ever need to talk, give me a buzz.

Dinosaur comics rock! I AGREE!

Yeah things are fine, I just had a conversation-induced pang last night. Thanks though!

Emoting using asterices makes me feel slightly effeminate.

Crap you should be around so we can play wordgames while I am at work!

I had a somewhat lengthy conversation on this topic today, myself. The conclusion was that, indeed, it sucks. Sorry you were feeling down.

Harrr, I got the original, *selfish* version of this comment in my email, too, mister! ;)

I'm actually feeling a lot better after having talked things over some. There's a bit of discouragement in hearing that other people have trouble with the same things that give me problems, like oh god, no one knows how to solve this, but on the other hand there's some solidarity there, which is good. Well, this is all vague. Anyway, I hope things start looking up.

Ahahahahah, I hate that LJ comments don't have an edit feature.

When I complain about things it's with the secret hope that people will say, "Yeah, I feel the same way." I don't know that I'm looking for a solution so much as I'm looking for empathy.
