Yay, new toilet!

So, if you've been to our house, you've probably seen the dampish towels huddled at the base of our toilet. If you haven't, you've probably heard me complain about the toilet's tendency to leak, or sometimes, gush. But we finally convinced our landlord to install a new one. He did it yesterday, and we are soooooooo happy. The only downside is that
