May Day! Rare occassion where we had no classes to attend, no events planned out.. just a lazy labour day. Homework.. something that I dread... I fight with her almost every week, to complete her abacus homework. She can take up to 2 hours to finish something which needed 20-30 mins at most and I think it is driving my blood pressure up!! YX had been preparing for the ballet exams for the past few months. We have been ferrying her to West Coast for additional lessons at the teacher's studio every Sunday for the past 2 mths and have watched the cute little gals in pink tutu go through their routine with the pianist. I loved the songs that they dance to and had a great time watching ( Read more... )

Today, YX woke up because I told her she will have S&D again
Today, Cayden woke up and announceed that it is the happiest day of his life, and whistled all the way to school.
Today YX told me she had a great time.
Today Cayden was clearly happy when I see him after S&D.

The 2 are cute :)

The school organised a small open house for parents with kids on the full-day session, to give the parents a glimpse of their kids' life in the afternoon.  The kids were supposed to do some small performances and YX and Cayden have been totally secretive about what they were supposed to do. I had asked on several occasions and they both made sure ( Read more... )

It was Josh's 2nd birthday yesterday. We had a small celebration at home with him, as HY had to go on a business trip this week.

We celeberated Cay's birthday at school on 18th Mar. The birthday boy wanted a lego cake and CW managed to get some lego candy during his recent US trip. J got the cake shop to decorate the cake with the candies and the end result was great!
