So I walk out my door this morning, and there's a note from Waterview attached to our little clippy-thing.

"Your account is showing a balance of $701.88 as of today. Late fees will continue to accrue at $10.00 per day. Failure to contact the office or pay off the balance due by Friday, November 18, 2005 at 12:00 pm will result in further action

Waterview people are actually pretty nice as long as people aren't dicks to them.

Of course, if someone comes in after not paying three months of rent and then screams at them demanding that they live for free, the waterview employees aren't going to do them any fucking favors.
