Well if you're looking into a new one, Avast is really good. I haven't had any problems with viruses since I started using them forever ago. Oh and it's free.

Good luck! I've had to do that a few times. You should be able to import files from your computer, so that you don't lose all your data. I was able to bring up several folders I thought were totally lost when I reinstalled the op system.

It's done! I used the option that said it would save files and stuff, but I haven't found them yet. And, I have to redownload everything! All of my customization is gone! I wish you were here to help me
