Exhausted. The nerve in my ankle is acting up but I met with the pain doctorsthry gave me Lyrica until the nerve and swelling come down so I can do physical therapy. There was talk of lumbar blockers but no thanks. Massive needles in the spine give me PTSD flashbacks. John left today fucking devastated gave and myself.
