So one week after deciding to purchase this book, I finally made the trip to Borders and bought "When Food is Love" by Geneen Roth. I started reading it  shortly before going to sleep last night and finished it just a few hours ago. I could barely put it down.  Last night I stayed up until 3:30 am looking up these books written by Geneen Roth. My therapist (whom I stopped seeing 3 months ago because I moved out of state) recommended them.
