They say that passing a kidney stone is often more painful than giving birth. I don't know about giving birth, but this morning was the most painful 20 minutes that I've ever screamed through. Everything is cool in the Zinc & Garlic Toxicity/Overdose area now. It was a long two weeks, of which the ending was pretty dang scary (as I posted about), and then it led straight into a urinary tract infection for two days, which I'm finally over. Apparently, zinc and garlic combined in high doses destroys blood cells, so here I am peeing brown! And by the way, metal dump is gross.

An herbalist told me, and varous testimonies agree, that it may take as long as four weeks for my body to repair itself completely. And, I'm watching my body extremely close to see if any other symptoms develop ( Read more... )
