So, a week and just under 12 hours have passed since I came out of the drug induced sleep that led to my upper jaw being left in four different pieces and my lower jaw being broken. I'm sure that every single one of you has been waiting with baited breath (!) to hear my inner thought, feelings and desperations in the wake of surgery
