Control must be balanced with acceptance. You really have three options. 1) You can try harder. 2) You can take meds. or 3) You can lower the bar. Option 1 seems to have a poor stress/efficiency ratio. Option 2 may be distasteful, but it may be easier to overcome that avoidance rather than fight the rest of your mind. Option 3 is the hardest to figure out, but can be the easiest to achieve.
