I am so out it today -
Long Day
I am so tired and to come home to a dirty home thinking the maid was coming tomorrow and she is not until next wednesday - ug...so sad. I don't want to do the dishes. LOL. The yoga class tonight actually helped release the pain from 12 hours this past weekend. it took two classes to get past the pain or soreness. No more warrior 1,2 or 3 this week. -
yoga training
THis was an intense weekend for the teacher training. A lot of very intensive work on standing poses left my legs like jellow at the end of today. We did more with the Kundalini and it further deepened my belief that it is not for me. LOL. Too much violent breathing for my likes ( Read more... ) -
day 8
well i intended to write sooner- but this weekend is dense with yoga teacher training. I am still eating on plan but added 3oz of grain to the lunch and dinner- as well as an egg to the breakfast. I find I am getting through a lot easier. I allow myself a piece of fresh fruit between meals but only if I am truly hungry. This has been a very helpful ( Read more... ) -
day 6 and done
I got sooooo sick when I got home. I decided to add 3oz of whole grains to my lunch and dinner as well as eggs to the breakfast. I am going to be more reasonable with myself and be gentle. I will still do no sugar or wheat. Renzo was a great help to me and pulled all this scientific research off the internet. I will still eat the vegetables/salad ( Read more... ) -

I have my doubts. No meetings to goto- and I feel like I am over restricting myself. Using John's plan I end up hungry ( Read more... ) -

day 3
so i made it yet another day- or at least minute by minute and I am not in bed yet. hard day because there is so much crap food at work to pick from. I see people eating a lot throughout the day. Tons of minor sugar treats being passed back and forth. The breakfast did not hold me and I was so hungry 3 hours into the day. Hard to wait while ( Read more... ) -
Day 2
We did not make the meeting in Irvine, but this is not really a surprise since it was early and over an hour away in SO CAL traffic - longer. I could not get to sleep last night so I had to take my sleep medicine. One day this will be no more. I got up at 10:15 this morning and called John to check in. Day 1 - the night time
Ug- I could not even eat all the food on the plan today, but here I sit at 10:50PM totally stuffed to the gills and I want a candy bar, or cake, or cookies, or....something sweet and undefined. No ryhm or reason....just want.
