First off, as of very early yesterday morning, I am now an uncle! Aimee gave birth to her first child, Justin Michael Travis after being nearly 2 weeks late. He came out a whopping 9 1/2 lbs and looks a lot like his mother right now. I'll be back in Vancouver with my parents soon to meet the little guy. I'm very excited for this ( Read more... )

Fun week in Vancouver with the folks visiting my sis and having her reveal to my parents that she's pregnant! Yup, she told me over the phone a couple of weeks ago, but waited to tell my parents in person. She was nervous about it too. Just had my mind blown, and ears bled to death by Trail Of Dead at Lee's Palace! I haven't felt so into a live set since I can remember, and certainly never danced as hard (for my standards at least) before.
