If I had been half the slack that I feel the tech support is being, on my CO-OP JOB, I would have been fired faster than you can say 404 error. I find it pathetic that it has taken this long to resolve a situation that should have taken 30 minutes, tops.
I forgot to mention, the other day I got an email from Support saying that they would send me an invoice for 25USD(because they decided they would suddenly switch currencies) ASAP, and it would need to be paid before I could continue.
Now, judging by the response times so far, ASAP means I probably wont get it until Monday at the earliest.
