i don't give you credit for not killing her. she deserved death. slowly and painfully. People like her (and her husband) need to be eliminated from the gene pool.

You shouldn't have given her the refund... People need to learn that just because they stomp and screaming around and generally act like they are five years old, it does not mean that they can get what they want... And I'm sorry, but pulling the race card is SO OLD... you should have asked her if she would have said such a thing if you were NOT of European descent... I'm not making much sense... I start my new job today
