Black Roses on TV
I see that currently on BBC iPlayer there is a TV adaptation of the very moving poetic drama documentary by Simon Armitage Black Roses: The Killing of Sophie Lancaster (which was originally done on the radio some years ago). I haven't watched it yet but have heard it's been well done.

Pathways to Sustainability
Went to an interesting talk this evening by Prof David MacKay (of Sustainable Energy - without the hot air
fame. He was talking about the stuff they've been doing on the "Pathways for 2050" for the Department of Energy & Climate Change.

Help I'm Being Assimilated
Oh dear I appear to have created an LJ. I foresee a dangerous sink of time in my future....
