Ugly Betty is AMAZING! I fell in love with that show insantly. And, yes, the online episodes are a gift from heaven. I've already watched the latest episode twice and intend to watch it a third by the weekend's end.

Post your resumes online at places like craigslist and hotjobs.com. Lots of employers search there when looking for employees.
