Owwwwwww. I woke up on Monday with a pinched nerve in my neck. (Big surprise, right?) By this morning, it felt better, but this afternoon it went crazy. Ow ow ow. Can anyone tell me what the MINIMUM length of time I have to give in order to give a dairy-free diet a fair experiment to see if it has positive effects?
