Yeah! It's been my dream too, hopefully it works out. I'm a bit optimistic because of the lack of any bakeries around here.

I suppose what I meant by 'simplicity' was that there isn't much going on. I just feel like I am at a standstill. But you're right, when there is too much going on I feel as I am being drowned.
