Poor Heath Ledger. What an absolute waste of a life full of talent and promise. And yet, others with so much less still go on. What an absolute waste.

Oh, on a happier note, autumn is here and has spread the most beautiful colours around. That's one of the few things I miss about home: the turning of the leaves. I'm relishing every single drop of colour as if it were wine. Glorious.

I guess I didn't really post about this, but I have sad news. On Saturday, June 23rd, our kakariki Jack got out of the house. Normally he sits on the aviary and talks to the other birds. Does anyone have anywhere I can get trivia to put onto tables for a super nice dinner party we're host/essing?
I don't mind if I do the cards myself (much), but would it look too tacky to put Trivial Pursuit cards onto the table?
