Two questions about music.

Which is more interesting - music that is never in 4/4, instead relying on polyrhythms and crazy time signatures, or music thats in 4/4 and only in strict quarter notes?

Also, which is more interesting - music that is atonal, and therefore possibly without harmony, or music that is limited to say 5 notes, like a minor/major pentatonic?

well any short of chaos from the norm is always nice, but I guess theres some comfort in 4/4. You can always listen to 4/4, whereas sometimes, crazy time signatures that keep changing sometimes get a little much to hear.
I'm undecided about the atonal or petatonic, they both have their pros and cons.

I was trying to find a way to say just that but I couldn't. I totally agree!
