You know, the further into the seasons I get, the more I cringe watching the interactions between Carmine and Shirley. She totally uses him, and they just play it off like it's oh-so-cute. I'm almost finished watching my Season 3 DVDs and just realized that nowhere in the whole season was Lucille mentioned! Every time you see Carmine, he is alone or with the girls...did I miss something, or is this just one of those "vanished without a trace" things that TV is so famous for?
