She's also on her cell in the drive-thru line at McDonalds. It's a minute at most to wait to get your order, but she picks up the phone, can't merge into the pay lane one-handed, and then can't stop talking to pay the cashier?

She better work for CTU, because I can't imagine how else a call is that important.

Probably has some in every major metropolitan area of the US, sadly. Although in Detroit, I've never had to roll down my window to yell at someone. I think Michiganders pretty much try to ignore each other.

oh yeah, that bitch is EVERYWHERE. And the tinier the woman, the bigger the SUV. In alabama, she will also have a smug little square "W" sticker that makes you revile her all the more.
