Beret nice

I have nearly finished the 'Sunday Pictorial Beret' from A Stitch in Time vol 2. It's a 1930s pattern and so easy. So far, after casting on I've used just two stitches, K (knit) and KFB (Knit into the front and back, ie increases by 1 stitch). Not even a Purl! And I think by the end I'll have used just one other stitch, K2tog, a knit-2-together

Coo! I just looked it up on Ravelry. I'm surprised it's as easy as you say.

It was so easy! And dead quick to make, I knitted it in under a week, and I only get an hour or two at most in the evenings.
