this is just a short ficlet written in about an hour. it's dedicated to of_doom, because you were the inspiration behind it all. i don't think i'm going to post this on the footie slash community but i'm not sure yet. it's not meant to be the greatest of fics but rather to serve as a test for me to see if i can write raúl and mori.

Whenever I think of Raul/Mori, I get so mad cos I keep on thinking of Perez, and his stupid world domination plans. He kicked out all these great people (Del B, Macca, Mori...) and bought people in only to treat them like shit in the end (MIKEY, Figo, et all).

Away from all that however, this ficlet makes me squee. Poor Raul. I may have made fun of him, but I can't help but feel bad cos everyone he frolicks with just does not compare.

i don't really know that much about perez but from what i've read, he really doesn't seem like a likeable person. at all.

I loved the way you wrote this fic. It's very sweet. I hope there'll be more chances for Raul and Mori play together.
They're definitely my OTP.

AWWWW :( I miss the Raulentes terribly. I haven't read a happy fic involving the two of them in years. Damn you, Perez, for tearing them asunder! I feel bad for Mori especially, as this was almost certainly his last chance to achieve something with Spain.

You are not able to picture him with a box of tissues, however, and the image fades away.
This passage seems particularly telling to me. Despite all the crap that he's been put through, both at RM and beyond, Mori seems to be an inherently positive person. He complements Raul's bitchiness perfectly :>

sad thing is, i never really got to see the two of them play together. i feel really bad for mori as well. it's just so sad. :( if i ever feel able to write the two of them again though, i'll try to write a happier fic for you. :)

mori really does seem to be a positive person. i love his smile. he just looks so young when he smiles. :) i'm really happy that you like that line. it was one of the last ones to be added. thanks for the comment.

aw. :) thank you. i'm glad that it was good enough for you to memorize it. with these positive comments, i may write the two of them again. this was like a trial run to see if i could. :P anyways, thanks again! :D you're too sweet.

beautifully written though.

as cheesey as it sounds, i believe in them, i believe in them together. they're the most perfect and will always be THE ultimate OTP, no matter what :D

no need to be sorry. it's inspired and honest. sometimes that means sad, sometimes not. as long as you're bringing out something honest, it'll always be good :)
