Ow, my spleen!

I have just rolled home after eating way too much Indian food (SO. GOOD. SO. FULL.) and seeing the Immortals. I liked the Immortals, as it was basically what I expected from it: pretty visuals and heads flying at you in 3D. However, I did manage to have a couple of feelings about the movie:
( Cut because I know that everyone is totally worried about getting spoiled about the plot of Immortals. )

I don't think I'd survive that version of Zeus, so thanks for watching for me ^^.

Yeah, the whole Zeus characterization was pretty darned hysterical. But on the whole, as long as you just wanted a pretty movie with fighting, it wasn't a terrible movie. The Titans in Tartarus were pretty cool, for instance. And John Wayne cracked me up. ^_^

3D isn't good for my eyes anyway and I enjoy fantasy or sf anime for epic fights - if they had had an interesting version of the Greek myths however, that might have tempted me.

Just good to hear you still enjoyed yourself somewhere ^^
