got up today and took a wretched nutrition test. thats right, wretched. after that i cam home and slept until 2:50 and then went to meet my mom to work out. yeah you heard me right. i slept for about 4 hours and then worked out for 1. is that acceptable? depends on what i make on that nutrition test i guess.
