20 quid! Result! Got to be worth that for the manifold alone!.

What engine are you running nowadays then Terry?

Stick a sports cam in and with that manifold it should be a little flier!

have been looking online and the carbs i have are as rare as rocking horse shite! i can get bigger one's but not the cd125's. alas i am running a 998 cc with a stage 1 kit attached to it. i had it tuned by a guy on friday morning and boy does she fly already!

the manifold is damaged unfortunately, it isnt a flat surface so it will not form a seal along the head i dont think. plus it has parts of the lugs broken. i am having trouble tracking down another manifold unfortunately. i may have to enquire up the mini club on wed night. bugger!

If you can't get a replacement cheaply, look into having the manifold repaired.

If there's enough 'meat' in the manifold, you could have the surface skimmed by an engineering company.
You could probably 'build up' the lugs with weld, and filing.

Chances are someone in your club will know someone who can do it for you. In fact someone at your garage probably knows!

Failing that, someone in your club might have a manifold to accept your 'new' carbs for cheap.

Plenty of options. TREBLE check to make sure the surface isn't flat though (placing a steel rule against the surface is a good way)

Bargain of the centuary mate! Another option if all is lost with your manifold is to make a new one. Ok you'd be making it out of tube and steel flat, but it'd be just as good as the cast one.
