I`m happy but sad.
I have mixed emotions.
Running wild out of control.
Happy emotions making me fly high.
Sad emotions running me down to the ground.
But then again happy one`s make me glad.

O.k so it all started that morning i work up with the sun rising throw my window and the summer breeze hitting my face.
