10th Division has already been relayed their orders to be scouting Seireitei for the intrusion, and I myself will be out  and about with them to supervise these excursions. It seems unfortunate that some of the divisions are still standing by for orders, but I guess 'too many cooks spoil the soup'.

With regards to the ryoka problem, I advise everyone to calm down for the moment. The squads responding to the emergency are doing their job and if we are needed, I'm sure they will call for us. This especially goes for anyone going and looking for the intruders specifically to fight them- this is NOT authorized.
