In the "Should I Be Worried" category - I just called my local library becuase they're holding a book for me, and I won't be able to pick it up till next Weds, and I wanted to ask them to hold it until then. When I gave the nice lady my library card number, and she looked me up, she said "Oh! It's *you*. Sure... no problem." And giggled ( Read more... )

As a librarian, I can say with some authority that the answer is "yes". And also, "they've been discussing your reading selections, just so you know".

Well, mostly it says that you are Our Kind Of People. They're probably enamored of you for some reason. Though it was pretty unprofessional of her to let you know they'd been talking about you. I always make sure my favorite patrons are out of earshot before I giggle about them.
