A: When you start getting passed by salmon while riding your bike to work.

Okay, so actually, I gave in and took the bus today, but I did feel a certain shame, and an envious respect of those who were riding in the downpour.

There's this travel agency a few blocks away from where I work, and they always have their current round-trip airfare prices to various world cities posted on a board in their window. Well, for my group at least, the 2007 Bridge Pedal was wonderful. The weather couldn't have been better; the views were fantastic; and (almost) everything just went right.
