I actually thought he looked pretty good hairwise (on the grand shallow scale and all that :P), but I'm not sure it's my own fondness of bracers and stuff or the fact that he is a bit more braced up in the games, that makes me wish he did have more bracers and armoury stuff than what I've seen in pics.

But who'd you picture in that role otherwise? I don't think there's many that could pull it of to be honest.

Heath Ledger was truly amazing as the Joker, I can't imagine how they will top that in a third movie. It is one of the best performance I've ever seen, and one of the best villains.

I agree that Katie Holms was more likeable as Rachel Dawes than Maggie Gyllenhaal, but I didn't really care for neither, I think they made a good choice getting rid of her.

*nods*

I read some discussions on imdb for the movie as well, and others did feel the same about Rachel (the lawyerness appeal), and there were opinions voiced about her being a "ditzy flirt" and all that for smooching left and right ;)

Yet I can't help chuckle a bit remembering her line..
"Let's not do that again.."

Maggie Gyllenhal has a very odd nose, and wide-set eyes, combined with rather pretty lips. but I think the test of her power as an actress is that I usually forget that stuff once the story gets going. Did you happen to see 'Secretary'?

I see I must hand over my 'Deep Thinking' crown to you! It's ok though, when you get to middle age you will be ahead of the game.

I have gone through many changes, but looking back, there are some constants and highlights that string it all together, like those little strings of buoys across a pool. Hopefully I'm evolving...

Now that you mention it, she makes me think of hmm Goofy somehow.

Ahyes, that Secretary movie... I did read about it, but I have never seen it. Incidentally, it did make me think of this Joker/Harley batmanverse fanfic (not for the faint hearted I guess ;) where the main char is also titled Lee.

It feels like I'm already at that middle age, dreading my demise, and it's ickingly gloomy. Bah.
Need to stop letting life slip by in other words.

Yes - carpe diem! Seize every single moment. See, you are ahead!
Secretary - is very romantic in a very warped way. Good if you like offbeat movies like Ghost World and Brazil.
