Sean entered Heinz's ketchup commercial contest over the summer with a commercial he wrote, directed, acted in, and well, pretty much made all by himself, including the art. I think the only thing he did'nt make was the ketchup. It did'nt win anything, they selected the worst ones...but I love it and think it's really well done and funny. So, here

I remember hearing the translated version of that joke when I was about 6. The punchline sounded something like "come on, you tomato sauce!" (because Icelanders don't say 'ketchup' (which is a nonsensical word anyways. Seriously, though? Ketchup? How is that even divided? Is there a Ketchdown? Or a corresponding Fripzup, made out of lemons? Can we get an independent committee to deliver a huge paper on this?) but rather 'tomato sauce', because it is *made* out of tomato and it *is* a sauce.
Even then - a quarter of a century ago - I remember thinking the delivery was quite good, but the material left something to be desired.
But the commercial is good.

i fwded him what you said, i am sure he will also find it amusing. but yeah, the winners the y picked make me want to barf. then bottle it and sell it in 57 varieties.
