You can get an exercise/birthing ball at any sports store. The rest of them I don't know.

Feel better!

1) feel better!
2) I love your gay pride outfit.
3) I have a yoga ball, never used it, and they had them a the hospital. Want to buy mine for cheap? :) Otherwise, any sports store.
4) I can give you my aunts phone number if you ant to speak to her about hospitals in the south, though she did last give birth almost ten years ago.
5) I made a birth plan, though we never needed it in the hospital. It's good to have one in any case. Make it simple and to the point, one page. It's also helpful because it keeps you focused on what you want and why, you know? I can send you mine if you want.

1 & 2) thanks :)
3) I may well buy yours, I have a few offers from people in Jerusalem for 50 nis second hand - the only Q is which will be most on-my-way from Saad to Sde Eliyahu. Apparently not all hospitals have them, or some just have one per ward etc. My sister said she took hers with to the hospital and was v happy she had. I still have to decide where to give birth... "Have to" as in we need to date our contract on Sde Eliyahu but I dont know if I should give birth in Beersheva or Tiveria (where I've heard good things..)
Truth is the best report is Tzfat....

I'll find more recent reports than that on birthing in the osuth, thanks tho.
And I would love to see your birth plan. Also.. you probably dont want to... but do you wanna come with me to Soroka (beersheva) and check out the maternity ward...? I dont no what to look for/ask.

They had a million yoga balls in tel hashomer, at least, in the rooms I was in. Tel Hashomer was great, by the way. I didn't end up using it because it meant sitting and I couldn't sit without having a contraction my whole labor. Fun!

I'd love to come with you, but I don't know when or how I'd be able to. I'll email you my birth plan if I can find it.
