My dad's taken a turn for the worse. It looked pretty bad for a while, but we're pulling a Monty Python, trying to look on the bright side and all of that. Saying that I'm looking forward to the Thanksgiving break next week is an understatement. Saying that I'm looking forward to finishing this semester a few weeks later is even more of an understatement.

Saying I'm not looking forward to having to deal with finals between then... heh, well, that's a given.

So, I'm thinking it's time for another trip into the family attic or something to find a get-up for Halloween. And to add my own flair to it, of course. Like the scrubs I borrowed from Hachi last year that allowed me to proclaim I was a gynecologist (it's a legitimate profession! What?). Fun times.
