I went to Paris today. Got lost in an area I had never been before. And as I was wandering the streets watched the woman walking in front of me stop, look down at her feet for a second and continue watching as a trickle of pee came out her pant leg. Then, of course, continue on her way. God I love bizarre moments like that.

So now is as good a time as any to write in this thing. I have been here a little over a week. Le France that is. And good god almighty, why did no one adamantly remind me that I hate babies and children? Really though? Just when I think I have lost all faith in humanity...
Someone just knocked on my door to let me know my keys were still in the door. Nothing more. Nothing less. I havent stopped smiling since. Something about that gesture made me so happy.

I am now taking photographs of the moon through my blinds. they come out surprisingly well.
