Post-Estonian Food Update
Right, I haven't posted for a while. I should explain that I've been away on holiday to Estonia for a week to visit my sister. Great holiday, fun times and all, but horrific in terms of my eating. Weight Loss Blog (3) - Restless
I have been pretty good today. I skipped breakfast which is bad, but had a salad with self-made dressing and some wholewheat toast for lunch. Then ate a 100 calorie "milk rice" dessert.
