Breakfast hunt! Lead us to this little cafe place... So....it's interesting....they don't crisp their bacon in Japan. Still yummie and isn't that breakfast platter just cute? Look how thick that toast is! @.@

No free breakfast this morning as we were up and at 'em super early once again. Dragging our luggage behind, we made it to Tokyo Station where we got tickets and jumped on the 6:00 am Shinkansen (Bullet Train). It was just over 2 hours and we were in Kyoto! The Shinkansen looks totally like an airplane on the inside... tray tables...airline-ish ( Read more... )

Woke up super early and was out of our room before 3:30 am. If you want to get a tour of the happenings of Tsukiji Fish Market, you best get in line early. They let only a limited number of people per day on a first come first serve basis. Of course it had to be raining, and it was a 15 minute walk to our destination ( Read more... )
