The week in review:
- Brunch on Sunday at Chatterbox Pub.
- After brunch on Sunday, motored to MSP (courtesy ZenBoyfriend's taxi service) to catch a flight to Las Vegas for a conference. ZenBoyfriend was supposed to attend the same conference for his company, but they decided to keep him in the Twin Cities for other things.

I have resolved to something fun for myself at least once a week. Tonight it was a movie at the Lagoon Cinema.
If you haven't seen Persepolis, you really should. It is brilliant; endearing and sobering, ingeniously animated. -

Unfortunately, my Saturdays are totally free.
MCAD left me a voice mail as I was on my way home tonight. They have cancelled the watercolor class I signed up for due to lack of students. They would be happy to sign me up for another class or refund my money, which is actually ZenBoyfriend's money. Well, that snuck up on me.
Did I mention that ZenBoyfriend gave me a gift certificate for two continuing ed classes at MCAD? My first class, Printmaking, starts Tuesday. Watercolor is next Saturday. I love printmaking and watercolor is something I've wanted to learn for a long time ( Read more... ) -
I've lived in MN too long.
23° and it feels warm. Vegas in March is going to be quite a shock, even though I spent years in that climate as a kid. I hope I have time to rent a car while I'm there. It would be nice to see the old place, maybe visit the little three-room schoolhouse.
