Oh yummy!!!! They all look so good!

Thanks for the recipes - you reckon I can use puff pastry instead in your apple pie recipe??? been wanting to look for a good apple pie / tart / strudel / crumble recipe.

I've been bitten by the baking bug too but for cookies! ( which explains my expanding cheeks, hips, thighs and bum ..sigh)

You can buy ready made pie crust. Check the frozen section of the supermarket. They're quite affordable too. I'm going to post another recipe just for the pie crust which takes much less time and less kneading too. See my next post.

Yup, baking is also very enticing and it calls out to me every weekend but I also need to do other errands and other things so have to tell myself to be realistic or I'll spend all day and night in the kitchen

The buns look so yum! They look just like what we can get from the bakery! What is egg wash?

They were good and the reason why I baked them is because they don't have buns likes these at the bakeries here! Egg wash - break an egg, beat it up and then use a brush to apply the egg wash to the tops of the bread to give it a nice shine!
