All I Wanted for Christmas Was You

My biggest wish for Christmas was gifted to me on the 23rd, in the form of a deposit check given to the landlord. On the 30th or 31st, I'll go in to sign the lease and will then spend the first weekend of 2010 moving in to my new home.

For as heartbroken as I was over the Jena St. place and it being given away from under me, I'm much happier

It's definitely a huge weight off my mind....because as much as I love having friends who don't push me out by a certain date, it'll be good to settle in and create my own space again...

It's SUCH a cute place in person....Craigslist can be so sketchy sometimes.... you see a place that looks great in images, to find huge cracks in the walls. This place was even better in person though, so I'm so pleased it came to me.

Parasol's looks like it's about 8 or so blocks away? It's really closer to the Bulldog/Balcony bar (about 2-3 blocks off Tchoup though).
