The other day Maora met an interesting person the other day, he called himself a Doormouse, and said there was a Cheshire Cat as well as a White Rabbit and Hare. Setting in really is difficult. When you're not doing anything a month is a long long time. It's easy to cry out "bored!" but when you're getting used to things, and looking around suddenly it's been an entire month! Maora would have sworn it's been a week, no more ( Read more... ) -

The city is bigger than Maora had assumed, though nowhere near the size of Tokyo. Less people means less overwhelming though! And it will be easier to make friends.

Maora wonders if earthquakes are common here. Usually a few small ones means a large one is to come, and the fact we can feel them is more troubling. Maora fears to think what might happen if a large one were to happen, most the buildings don't seem very safe to begin with. -

Maora is starting to think that maybe it would be a good idea to be more honest with people. It's not like Maora wants to lie, or hide anything.
