[Another accidental post-- he had thrown the device at the door and it turned on. He sits in the corner, the picture torn to shreds around him. Small cries can be softly heard only because the device isn't very close to him.]

I hate it...I hate it...Leave me alone... [The crying continues with more disjointed speech.]

[The device is turned on and the first thing one hears is shuffling. He moves the device around, studying it carefully with only the sounds of his breath heard. Finally, he says something.]

I want... [Inhale.] Is it possible to...communicate beyond this...ship?[He goes quiet, trying to keep his voice level. He speaks again, but his voice breaks ( Read more... )
